Prepress and Printing:
Our experienced prepress technicians understand the demands of quality design and printing. No mere computer jockeys, our crew remembers how to run a copy camera and hand strip film, in addition to troubleshooting client files and output issues.

Our prepress equipment is state-of-the-art, utilizing all publishing software and Mac/PC formats. We can output digital and analog color proofs on any stock, ensuring that what you see on the proof is what you see when the job prints.

Once the negs are output and the plates are made, our experienced printers take over. We print in quantities from 100 to over a 1,000,000 pieces, from single color to 6 color plus coating in a single pass. Once the piece printed, we can enhance the effect with in-house embossing, foiling and diecutting. Our full binding capabilities include scoring, folding, saddle stitching and drilling.

We'll also inventory and store your printed materials for later delivery, kiting and other fulfillment needs.

Mailing and Fulfillment:
Johnston knows that getting ink on paper is not the end of the job. Mailing and fulfillment is a critical part of the process. We brought this service in-house to complete the product delivery chain for our clients.

We are geared up to handle ink jet printing for addressing and variable data printing. Our computer systems will handle the management of your mailing list databases. We have the staff to take care of inserting and assembly of materials to be shipped, and the expertise to get those materials into the hands of your recipients.
